The NSE all share index and market capitalization both appreciated by 0.34% as the indices closes the week at 25,250.37 and N8.735 trillion respectively against previous week’s figures of 25,164.9 and N8.709 trillion for all share index and market capitalization respectively.
A total volume of 0.766 billion shared were traded in 12,468 deals valued at N9.717 billion compared compared to last weeks figure of 1.073 billion shares traded in 14,486 deals worth N8.608 billion.
The financial service sector again emerges the most traded in volume with 575.29 million worth of shares N3.47 billion in 6,738 deals.
The consumer goods sector emerges the second most traded in volume with 53.81 million shares worth N3.47 billion traded in 2,572 deals
The conglomerate sector emerged third most traded in volume with 48.96 million shares valued at N299.4 million in 622 deals.

Zenith International Bank, AIICO Insurance and United Capital were the most active stock during the week. With a combined total of 280.5 million shares traded in 2,438 deals with a value of N1.867 billion. Their total represents 36.64% and 19.22% of total volume and valued of shares traded for the week respectively.
