You know and may have heard or have seen people with self-disciple, how they wake up early, follow set routine religiously, their level of time consciousness, how they follow their health and diet plans, their religious worships and how such people have been able to accomplish their set goals and objectives.
And have seen people surf the internet all day, eat too much food, spend hour daily with the tube, respond instantly to all WhatsApp messages, post updates and videos on Social Media every day, read online news and add their comments almost instantly after every post. Following a routine described by Denis Waitley as “tension relieving, not goal achieving”. And how such people moan and complain about the government and everything and everybody around them, holding them responsible for their floppy life.
